Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
ImmuneSchein is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and we have been since the first day by taking a personal touch with each and every order. We are grateful for your support and want to make your process of obtaining a refund, return or exchange as easy as possible.
We will accept returns on:
- Reported within 14 days from delivery date
- Unopened & Sealed Items Only
- Incorrect items shipped / damaged product
- Customer agrees to pay for the return shipping of the items unless point 3 applies, with insurance to cover the cost of return. This cost will not exceed the cost paid for the shipping of items when purchased,
If Damaged During Shipment:
Step 1: Please Call: (828) 319-1844 or email: email@example.com and provide:
- Customer Name from Order
- Order Date
- Order Number
- Telephone Number and/or Email
- The issue and/or reason for your return
Step 2: Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or text (828-319-1844) a picture of the issue reporting
Step 3: We will issue a refund for the total of the loss and make the arrangements for reshipping the items to you if desired.
For Returning the Item to ImmuneSchein:
Step 1: Please Call: (828) 319-1844 or email: email@example.com
Step 2: Email picture of issue
Step 3: If not damaged, please repack the elixir to be returned in a suitable packaging with tracking & insurance to cover the cost of the contents you are returning. (If damaged, we will issue a refund for the total of the loss and make the arrangements for reshipping the items to you if desired).
Step 5: We will refund your card from our system within 3 business days of receipt, and the credit card companies usually take up to 3 days from the time that we process the return.
